WHAT DOES THE LIST MEAN?

Album pages are done for all countries for the Classic Era. This includes British Commonwealth to the start of the reign of Queen Elizabeth II, and all other countries to the end of 1940. The list below just shows the specific countries. I may occasionally add something like specialized material not listed in the Scott catalog, but this list will change very infrequently if at all.
